How the Dimlux Maxi Controller & CO2 Sensor Work:

• This is a money saving combo deal comprising of the Dimlux Maxi Controller and the Dimlux CO2 Sensor:
• Maxi Controller
• The Dimlux Maxi Controller is probably the most comprehensive piece of growroom equipment we’ve ever come across. As well as regulating the switching of your Dimlux lighting systems (removing the need for a contactor / timer), the Maxi Controller also continuously regulates their output levels to ensure that plant temperatures and VPD (vapour pressure deficit) levels are always perfect. It does this using data gathered by external temperature and humidity probes, as well as the revolutionary infra-red Dimlux Plant Temperature Camera . If this wasn’t enough, the Maxi Controller will even take care of CO2 distribution, as well as switching heaters and humidifiers!
• CO2 Sensor
• The Dimlux CO2 Sensor detects levels of carbon dioxide present in the surrounding atmosphere and feeds the information back to the Dimlux Maxi Controller. The Sensor also powers the (separately available) CO2 Regulator.
• This system ensures that optimal levels are distributed at all times, minimising wastage and maximising plant growth. The CO2 Sensor will even shut down CO2 distribution automatically during lights-off, thanks to it's built-in light cell.
• CO2 supplementation is an absolute must in closed loop environments, where little-to-no fresh air is drawn in from outside. Users of the Opticlimate have been running their climate control systems in conjunction with the Maxi Controller's CO2 distribution system to great effect. The results are, quite simply, staggering!
